What is UoRLearn?

UoRLearn is the University of Reading's Learner Management System.

Who can see details of my learning record?

Your learning record, including details of any external learning you add to UoRLearn, will be visible to your manager and anyone above them in the reporting line, along with any school/function administrators authorised to report on learning.

If you have more than one employment contract with the University, please note that your learning record is not role specific. This means that once you complete training, the course details, along with the rest of your learning record, will be available to all of your managers. Managers will also be given advice regarding this.

In some cases, where a manager or senior manager has multiple reporting lines, members of senior management outside of your direct reporting line may have access to your learning record.
