Food thermal processing course
A two day course designed for businesses and individuals looking to develop a fundamental understanding of thermal processing principles. Delegates will learn to identify critical decision-making factors that are essential to thermal process establishment.
Flavourist training course
A three week programme run in conjunction with professional organisations and the flavour industry.
Ice cream course
A well-established three or four day course designed for industry personnel needing additional knowledge of the science and technology of ice cream.
Summer course for 6th formers
Held every summer, this course gives sixth form students an introduction to the science and technology of food.
Teachers day
An opportunity for science teachers to find out how food science can be applied to the school curriculum.
Continuing professional development
We offer a variety of continuing professional development (CPD) courses for people in the food industry through the AgriFood Training Partnership .
